EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging.
• For regular exchanges (size or color), shipping fees apply 107 LE .
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, the exchange is free of charge.
• Exchange delivery takes:
• 2–5 business days inside Cairo
• 4–7 business days outside Cairo

REFUND POLICY

• Refund requests are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Full refunds are available for manufacturing defects.
• Refunds are processed within 4 business days via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
• Cash refunds are not available.
• Shipping fees for returns due to personal preference are the customer’s responsibility.
