• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging.
• For regular exchanges (size or color), shipping fees apply 107 LE .
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, the exchange is free of charge.

• 2–5 business days inside Cairo
• 4–7 business days outside Cairo
