In case you want to return your shipment:
- Charges are refundable within 4 days of issuing the receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original case

Charges exchange within 4 days of issuing the receipt.
Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.
In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.
In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) or wrong, a different product(s) exchange will be done for free within 2-5 working days inside Cairo, and 4-7 working days outside Cairo.

In case you want to return your shipment:

Charges are refundable within 4 days of issuing the receipt.

Products must be returned in their original case.

In case of returning due to a manufacturing defect, a total refund will be made within 4 business days through (Bank Accounts - Bank or Mobile wallets) as cash refunds are unavailable.

In case of returning orders for no reason, the refund can be replaced, but the customers pay the shipping fees.

All orders are subject to product availability. You can’t order an unavailable item.
You will receive your shipment within 2-5 business days for orders in greater Cairo & Alexandria , 2-7 in Sinai, Matrouh and Upper Egypt, while 2-5 business days in other cities.
