EXCHANGE POLICY
Charges exchange within 4 days of issuing the receipt.
Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.
In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.
In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) or wrong, a different product(s) exchange will be done for free within 2-5 working days inside Cairo, and 4-7 working days outside Cairo.

Charges are refundable within 5 days of the receipt date.
Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
Full refund offered for manufacturing defects within 4 business days through
Bank Accounts, Bank or Mobile wallets (cash refunds unavailable)
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returning orders for no reason customers.

Wash with similar colors.
Wash with normal or cold water.
